46A certificate of the Director stating any of the following facts is admissible in evidence and is proof, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, of the facts stated in the certificate without proof of the appointment, authority or signature of the Director:
(a)
an agent, manager, salesperson or other person named in the certificate is or is not licensed under this Act;
(b)
a licence was issued to an agent, manager or salesperson; and
(c)
the licence of an agent, manager or salesperson is suspended, cancelled or reinstated.

46A certificate of the Minister stating any of the following facts is admissible in evidence and is proof, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, of the facts stated in the certificate without proof of the appointment, authority or signature of the Minister:
(a)
an agent, manager, salesperson or other person named in the certificate is or is not licensed under this Act;
(b)
a licence was issued to an agent, manager or salesperson; and
(c)
the licence of an agent, manager or salesperson is suspended, cancelled or reinstated.
